This 65 year old female disliked the loose and sagging appearance of her neck and also disliked the heavy appearance of her eyes. She was treated with a face and neck lift to address the laxity of her cheeks and neck. She was also treated with a brow lift and upper eyelid lift with facial fat grafting.
